Personal information provided through a sightings report of a grey squirrel will be passed to a third party organisation in your area (a local squirrel group or other voluntary organisation), to assist in the control of this invasive non-native species. It is likely you will be contacted by them for more information, once we've passed your details over. If you submit a sightings report, it will be deemed that you have agreed to this transmission of information.

The Data Protection Act allows you to have access to information held about you and, where appropriate, to have it corrected or deleted. There is a maximum charge of £10 for providing a copy.

Save our Squirrels will not collect online contact information from children under 16 years of age without prior parental consent or parental notification, which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the child's request and will not be used for any other purpose.
